Campus Farming
It is fundamental for KASA members to engage with the challenges that farmers face, especially as global weather patterns become increasingly unpredictable. Through hands-on experiences, they learned valuable lessons about adaptability and problem-solving in relation to plant diseases and poor soil quality. Sadly, as digitalization and urbanization rise, many young people are losing touch with nature. These opportunities to reconnect with the environment are vital for fostering an understanding of our dependence on nature and the importance of preserving its health. Through the Campus Farming Diaries, students share their experiences, mistakes, and good learnings while doing farming activities on campus.
